- Must have at least 2 years of experience in a multifamily property accounting role or a multiple entity accounting role
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Must understand and be able to interpret Balance Sheets, Bank Reconciliations, Mortgage Statements, and Profit & Loss Statements
- Must possess excellent communication and organization skills
- Must have above average Excel skills (formulas, tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Must be willing to ask questions and ask for help
